Helmets are provided for all guided Segway tours and are strongly recommended for safety. For e-bike and app-based rides, helmet requirements follow local regulations, and we always encourage riders to wear one.

You can ride on approved bike lanes, designated paths, and permitted city areas in Strasbourg and nearby zones. Please follow local traffic rules and avoid restricted or pedestrian-only areas unless signage allows it.

App-based rides must be ended in designated parking zones shown in the VeloRouge app. Please park responsibly, without blocking sidewalks, entrances, or pathways.
